This is an illustration of a superhero created by my old roommate's young son: JetStar.
She asked me if I could do a comic-style drawing of the character, based on a homemade halloween costume they made for him, including an "Iron Giant" style papier mache helmet.
They'll use this for his JetStar-themed birthday party invitations, and I think also the cake. Neat!
